• BKB Cornhole Tournament Rules

    Teams

    • Play as singles (1 vs 1) or doubles (2 vs 2).

    • A coin toss or rock-paper-scissors determines who throws first.

    Gameplay

    • Players throw from behind the front edge of the board.

    • Each player throws four bags per round.

    • Teams alternate throws until all eight bags have been thrown.

    Scoring

    • Bag through the hole: 3 points

    • Bag resting on the board: 1 point

    • Bag touching the ground: 0 points

    Cancellation Scoring
    At the end of each round, only the difference between the two teams' scores is awarded.

    Example:

    • Team A scores 7 points

    • Team B scores 4 points

    • Team A receives 3 points

    Winning

    • First team to reach 21 points wins.

    • Games do not need to be won by exactly 21.

    Sportsmanship

    • Friendly competition is encouraged.

    • Respect your opponents and fellow guests.

    • Tournament officials have final say on all scoring disputes.

    Have fun. Good drinks, good company, and a little healthy competition are what the day is all about.

    • Participation is free with purchase at Brooklyn Brasserie.

    • Players must register before the start of the tournament.

    • Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

    • Tournament format, match length, and scheduling are at the discretion of Brooklyn Brasserie and may be adjusted based on the number of participants.

    • All scoring disputes will be resolved by the tournament organizer. The organizer's decision is final.

    • Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.

    • Brooklyn Brasserie reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose behavior negatively impacts guests or staff.

    • Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Brooklyn Brasserie for promotional purposes.

    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    2nd Place

    • One VIP Poker Chip valid for one complimentary drink at the bar

    3rd Place

    • One VIP Poker Chip valid for one complimentary drink at the bar

    VIP Poker Chip Conditions

    • Valid for one drink from the designated selection determined by Brooklyn Brasserie.

    • Must be redeemed by the holder.

    • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

    • No cash value.

    • Lost or stolen chips will not be replaced.
